PRAYER WALK 2 for the summer is on Friday 8 August. This will be a circular walk starting at 10.30 at the National Trust property at Dunwich Heath, via Eastbridge and the Minsmere levels, returning to the start by 3.30. The distance is approximately 5 miles. The walk will include a stop at the Eel’s Foot pub for lunch. The walk is planned on this auspicious date 08.08.08 – which also happens to be the birthday of both church wardens! Please see information at the back of the church or speak to Michael Stagg.

23 ENGINEER REGIMENT (AIR ASSAULT) We now have access to the weekly newsletter sent to families and every week a couple of copies will be available for people to come and read in the Parish Office

COMFORT BOXES We are very grateful for all your donations of comfort boxes and the last batch was taken to the barracks on Friday. We are now unable to accept any more comfort boxes. Thank you.

SHCT SPONSORED BIKE RIDE OR WALK: The 27th annual Suffolk Historic Churches Trust bike ride takes place on Saturday 13th September. Over 650 places of worship in Suffolk are open this year; there are 7 participating in Woodbridge, and over 50 within a 10 mile radius of St Mary’s. The event is open to cyclists and walkers, and it is an ideal family outing. Sponsorship forms are available now from either the Shop in St. Mary’s Church Centre or Greg Spray.
