The resources provide material for leaders and group members. Sessions are designed to last about 90 minutes with suggested time allocations for components within each session.

Beyond the Nurture Course there are Growth Courses which might start either as the first Nurture Course ends, or sooner, if a demand emerges for one earlier from folk on Nurture Courses feeling they want to move faster.
