13th May: PARISH COFFEE MORNING 1030-1200 at St. Mary's House.
17th May: DEANERY PILGRIMAGE to the Saxon church built by St Cedd on the marshes at Bradwell. The coach leaves Eyke at 8.30am and Deben Pool at 8.45 a.m. On arrival at Bradwell there will be coffee at the Othona community. We will then walk to the Chapel, or, for non-walkers, a car will be available. At midday we will celebrate the Eucharist in the chapel. Lunch will be whatever you bring with you as the nearest pub is a long way off. If there is time on our journey home, we will take in the village of Copford to see the Norman fresco paintings. We will stop at Dedham for high tea or refreshments at the Marlborough Head, returning to Woodbridge at about 7.30pm. Cost £15 – includes Othona coffee, but not Dedham. 18th May: TAIZÉ SERVICE (Churches together) 1830 Methodist Church.
22nd May: PARISH LUNCH 12.30pm in St Mary’s Church Centre. Tickets will cost £4.50 and are available after 10am services or from the Church Shop. Lunch will comprise Fruit Juice, Quiche, Cold Meat, Salad, Dessert and Tea or Coffee.
24th - 26th May: Alive 08 Christian conference and festival. More details, www.alive08.org.uk.
1st June: SONGS OF PRAISE In recognition of our desire to maintain the links with St Thomas’s Church and to give us an opportunity to mark Father Tom’s retirement, there will be a joint Songs of Praise at St Thomas church at 6.30 pm on Sunday 1st June.

9th June: DEALING WITH BEREAVEMENT** 7.30pm; Speaker: The Revd Siw Carlsson (Hospital Chaplain).

18th - 27th November: PILGRIMAGE TO THE HOLY LAND Staying in Jerusalem and Tiberius by the Sea of Galilee; we will visit many of the sites associated with Jesus’ birth, ministry, death on the cross and His resurrection. The costs of the Pilgrimage based on 2 people sharing (single accommodation is available) is £1025.00. This includes transportation, guides and most meals. An optional excursion to Masada and the Dead Sea to experience its buoyant waters is also available.
