The Church of England’s Lent theme for 2024 is
Watch and Pray: Wisdom and hope for Lent and life.
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of our Lenten journey as a United Benefice in 2024. There will be a Sung Benefice Eucharist at 7.30pm, including the imposition of Ashes, for the start of this Penitential Season, and some beautiful, reflective music.
